I love this duo and how if feels on my skin but it tingles and burns a bit around my nose and around the corners of my mouth. Is that normal?

If it is uncomfortable, follow immediately with a cooling moisturizer like our Universal Pro-Bio Moisture Boost Cream - or reduce usage to once or every other day as you build up the tolerance.
Do you need a moisturizer with the Universal C Skin Refiner?
Yes! We recommend you follow with a moisturizer such as our Universal Pro-Bio Boost Cream. Our Universal C Skin Refiner is formulated to be used as a serum and won't provide enough hydration when used alone.
